Eternal Salvation

I sit in church so that I "may grow up in [my] salvation".
I sing the hymns and songs;
"Let everything that has breath praise the Lord."
I drink in the Word,
For "whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst", says the Lord.
I take comfort in knowing that "the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore".
I share the Gospel,
For Jesus said, "You will be my witnesses".
I know that I am not perfect;
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God",
And "There is none righteous, not even one".
But I know that Jesus is and was "a lamb without blemish".
I know that I am saved,
For he is "the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father but by [him]".
Because of this,
I know that I have "the gift of God…eternal life through Jesus Christ",
Because "God hath given to us eternal life…in His Son".
I know that "the wages of sin is death",
But that "the blood of Jesus Christ cleanseth us from all sin".
And I "give thanks to the God of heaven, for his steadfast love endures forever".
